The recent pandemic changed everyone’s life, and for Savanna Buck it altered the way she runs her business. “COVID made me focus on aspects that are most important; what truly brings value to my clients and what is just fluff,” she shares. “It also challenged me in getting creative to stay in front of current and prospective clients.” While teaching virtual classes and attending team Zoom meetings, Buck also stepped up her presence on social media, resulting in her business’ growing 30%.

A business development representative with Patten Title Company for five years, Buck started her career as a recruiter and account manager for a staffing and consulting firm. “I realized my true passion was to impact lives by contributing to people’s growth and success,” she says. “Title insurance is the perfect platform to do that.” Wanting to form a relationship-based business, Buck believes in being genuine with her clients by sharing their visions and goals. “I like to consider myself a business consultant,” she notes.

Named a Million Dollar Producer in 2021 and a top producer in her company, Buck grew up in Katy and moved to Cypress to open her home office. “I was able to build a reputation for myself and my company in the Houston market through networking and building great partnerships,” she explains. Part of a team made up of four processors and three escrow officers, buck notes that their founder is also a real estate attorney who is available when clients and partners need legal advice.

Seeing the Houston real estate market is full of opportunity, Buck believes there is more than enough business to go around. “I don’t look at others as competition,” she insists. “I am competing only with who I was yesterday, last month and last year.”
