Thalina Garcia, Realtor associate with Nan and Company Properties, Christie’s International Real Estate was in college when she realized she wanted to be a Realtor. While attending Baylor University, she also earned her real estate license and completed internships helping homeowners protest high property taxes. All the while, she learned that what brings her true joy is serving clients and helping families.

“My brokerage provides so many opportunities to learn the Houston market and allows me to combine my knowledge of real estate with my knowledge of the area I grew up in,” says this Cypress native. Now working heavily inside the Loop and across the Spring Branch area, Garcia covers everything from new construction to luxury leases, helping luxury and first-time buyers and sellers alike. 

“I’m very organized  — I love Google calendar! — and I set a lot of reminders for things so that no detail is missed,” says this go-getter. “And I use social media to connect with new and existing clients.” After eight years in the business, Garcia says, clients consistently characterize her as knowledgeable, thorough, patient and friendly. She values responsive communication and client service above all else.

“I was able to surpass my goal for 2021 and sold $18 million in real estate,” she says proudly. “And I was able to grow my team and be a Nan and Company Top Producer for the third year running.” A member of many professional groups, Garcia is also a 2021 Christie’s International Real Estate Luxury Specialist.

“My main goal is to provide A+ service to clients,” she says. “Most of my business is referral based and I pride myself on being there for clients before, during and long after their transaction.”
