Wendy Cline, Broker & Owner

Wendy Cline Properties Group

Open-mindedness and creativity are the driving forces behind Wendy Cline’s success. When the pandemic inspired many people to move into rural areas from congested cities, Cline leveraged her skills to list and sell those city homes and assist buyers in finding their dream properties, from mini-farms to large ranches. “There is no property too small or too complicated for us,” she insists. “We are here as a team to make people’s lives better.”

Broker and owner of Wendy Cline Properties Group, Cline leads a team of professionals who are always ready and available to assist their clients. “We handle all types and sizes of properties, from mobiles to mansions, with amenities like cows, gardens and other sustainable living features. We enjoy helping people achieve their goals, from having cows to living in their dream castle!”

Specializing in homes, farms, and ranches throughout Greater Northwest Houston and the entire state, Cline has been an industry leader for 20 years. She holds designations in probate, luxury home marketing, senior living, land, and farm and ranch. An Accredited Land Consultant, she enjoys land development and commercial transactions, which are a good part of her business annually. “Transitional land is becoming a hot commodity with more demand for subdivisions outside the city limits of Houston,” she states. Currently, Cline is working on her CCIM designation, which will allow her to market her knowledge and skills in the commercial real estate market.

A 2019 Apex Producers Club award recipient, Cline has earned numerous accolades. She is a member of HAR, Bryan-College Station Association of Realtors, Collin County Area Realtors, Realtor Land Institute, Greater Houston Luxury Home Connection, Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and Texas Land Brokers Network.

A competitive horseback rider, Cline remains active in the equestrian community. She and her family live in Waller County where they enjoy supporting the youth through Future Farmers of America, 4H and the Waller County Fair.
