Proud of serving in the Army National Guard for eight years working in human resources, Amy Martinez started her career in a local credit union where she assisted loan officers. “My experience in this business has been wide and vast,” she explains. “I’ve networked with many different types of lending advisors and agents, which has helped me adapt to every step of the lending process.”

A senior home lending advisor with JPMorganChase, Martinez specializes in conventional, FHA, VA and jumbo loans, first-time homebuyers, vacation and investment homes. In the industry for 10 years, she recently started in a new market area where she thrived in building new relationships while still providing the highest level of quality service. “I like to treat this as my own business,” she shares. “It’s my own personal goal to provide successful outcomes while still having a team of experts who help me navigate.” She enjoys being part of a team where they analyze information together and bounce ideas off each other to achieve their ultimate goals.

Known for her excellent communication skills, Martinez helps make the process easy for her clients to understand while she listens and follows through with commitments. With a process-driven style, she credits her skill of making herself accountable to her success. “I take pride in knowing my name and character is associated with each transaction,” she says. “I continuously strive to maintain professionalism.”

Martinez receives most of her clients from local branches and referrals from past clients. “I believe in setting proper expectations with my clients,” she adds. “I will be there throughout this journey with them until we close the deal.” When not working through transactions, she enjoys spending time at home as a wife and mother.
