At one time or another, Lindsey Koenig has worked in every department at Walzel Properties LLC, spending much of her career learning from each role in the business. Now she enjoys a seat at the table as managing partner, continuing to make sure the office and agents have the tools and resources necessary to compete in the industry.

With more than a decade of experience in real estate, Koenig has an attention to detail, ambition and leadership skills that have helped make the firm a company everyone’s watching. Today, she plays a key role in helping with the growth and operations of Walzel Properties, proving that success isn’t about where you start, but about how far you’re willing to go.

“I wouldn’t be where I am today without the guidance of Shelly Walzel,” Koenig remarks. “She has played such a huge role in my growth over the years. I’ve gained so much knowledge thanks to Shelly.”

Koenig demonstrates her commitment to helping agents have long-lasting careers in real estate by providing the ongoing training and support necessary to help their businesses thrive. At the same time, she guides agents to make strategic investments in marketing and other tools to streamline their sales efforts, provide clients with exceptional service and get to closing faster.

While Walzel Properties continues to grow in the Houston area, Koenig is currently focusing on the growth of the Dallas-Fort Worth area. “Our brokerage has grown so much over the years,” she says. “I’m excited to see where this year takes us!”

In her spare time, she can be found at her homestead with her husband, Bryce, and their 1-year-old daughter, Olivia. For fun, she enjoys photography, fitness activity (including weightlifting) and the serenity that comes from spending time in nature.
