Taylor Morrison has purchased 165 home sites for Southern Trails West, a new community located at the intersection of FM 518 and Windward Bay Drive, about two miles from Pearland Town Center. Southern Trails West is west of Southern Trails, a 523-acre master-planned community on Pearland’s far west side.
