Mega Camp Sets the Stage for Success for Any Real Estate Market

by Houston Agent

Real estate agents from across the United States and Canada will soon flock to Austin for Keller Williams Realty’s annual Mega Camp. The event, which focuses on education and motivation over four days, features sessions led by real estate’s top producers that highlight their techniques for success.

Speakers at Mega Camp include Keller Williams Realty’s Co-founder Gary Keller, CEO Mark Willis, President and COO Mary Tennant, and President of MAPS Coaching Dianna Kokoszka. Additionally, this year will feature keynote speaker Chris Gardner, whose story was immortalized in the 2006 movie The Pursuit of Happiness. Attendees will also get to experience an intimate concert by Grammy award-winning musician Christopher Cross.

“Throughout the year, our goal is to do everything we can to put our agents in a position to do what they do best–serve their communities,” says Mark Willis, CEO of Keller Williams Realty. “To us, this means one thing; we must provide the best training in the industry. By bringing in top agents, we know that our associates are getting real life tips that they can take home and implement in their business.”

Along with the inspirational speakers, the main attraction is the training. This year, sessions include: working with short sales and REOs, how to implement a social media strategy, the best approach to referrals, as well as technology driven sessions like leveraging video in your business and online advertising.

“Our team is working incredibly hard to make it the best Mega Camp yet! We are thrilled to announce that we will welcome over 9,000 real estate agents to Austin,” says Dianna Kokoszka, President of MAPS Coaching. “Success for us isn’t just about how many people attend though, it is about the tools we can provide at Mega Camp to help them achieve their goals.”
