Stewart Title Guaranty Company announced a new charitable giving program as part of its Community of Sharing initiative. Stewart has partnered with HelpingaHero.org to help wounded veterans attain sustainable home ownership.

“I am extremely honored to be able to raise funds to help build homes for our military heroes,” said George Houghton, group president of agency operations with Stewart Title Guaranty Company. “Our network of title agencies across the United States work each day to help secure the rightful ownership of homes, and this is one way that we can help give back to those who have served in the military to defend our country and protect the very land we insure.”

As a part of the title agency program, Stewart agents are asked to watch a series of videos to learn more about our products and services that can benefit the agency. For every video viewed by an agency, Stewart will donate $20 to the HelpingaHero.org organization. Agencies can also make additional donations to Helping a Hero to further the cause.
