Diane Mireles will be the new manager of the Gary Greene Pearland office.

Diane Mireles, a Realtor with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene’s Friendswood office, was promoted to manager at the company’s Pearland office. Mireles is certified as a buyers’ agent, fine homes specialist, home stager, career development specialist and relocation agent; and she has been honored as the Realtor of the Year by the Bay Area Board of Realtors.

“We are pleased to have Diane Mireles lead the team at our Pearland office,” Mark Woodroof, parter with Gary Greene, said.

With 20 years of success in residential real estate, Mireles said she discovered her niche in the industry early on when she attended a Texas Association of Realtors convention. “That’s when I realized that real estate was where I should be, and that’s why I committed to this business,” she said.

Mireles is looking forward to her new position and working with the Pearland team: “My goal for the office is expansion,” she said. “I have seasoned agents who are dedicated and successful at what they do, and I’ll be looking for more team members who can help us increase our market share in the area.”

She said the office will be focused on building relationships in the community and raising awareness of the office as the place to go for acquiring new properties, selling homes and delivering superior service. She also plans to enhance the office’s training and support program to equip agents with the tools and skills they need to serve clients in all their real estate needs.

“We have a great opportunity to give our clients a pleasant, time-efficient and knowledgeable experience in this rapidly growing housing industry,” she said.
