What was your first job in the realty industry?
I worked for Coldwell Banker Commercial in 1980.
Where did you grow up?
Upstate New York on an apple farm.
What is your favorite free-time activity?
Beach vacations.
What do you do to relax when you’re stressed?
Crafts.
Growing up, what did you want to be?
President.
If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be?
George Mitchell, for his vision.
Where is your favorite place to hang out?
The beach.
What do you love most about the industry?
Everything!
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents?
By being the best! Construction experience of 23 years, owning and managing 15 properties and having done (2) 1031 exchanges.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
Stopping.
Where do you go to network and meet new clients?
With old clients.
What has been your greatest accomplishment?
Besides my daughters, being No. 1 in transactions two years in a row in the best Coldwell Banker United Realtor office in the country.
What was the last good movie you saw or book you read?
“The Power.”
What is your favorite restaurant?
Fuddruckers.
What is your favorite building in Houston?
Anadarko in The Woodlands; it’s fabulous interior beats most I’ve seen and worked on!
What kind of car do you drive?
Lexus.

What is your favorite city after Houston?
Honolulu.

Work hard, always answer your cell phone and treat your clients as you would like to be treated!
