Tham & Videgard created Sweden’s most sought after home according to a statistical analysis of 200 million clicks and 86,000 properties featured on Hemnet, a popular property site in Sweden. Analyzing what users clicked on between January and October 2014, Tham & Videgard determined the size, price, number of rooms, bathrooms and floors that the vast majority of Swedes prefer in a residence. The project resulted in The Hemnet House, or “The House of Clicks,” as it is now being referred to. The home offers what data suggests are the most popular features amongst Swedish homebuyers, including a fireplace, open plan kitchen, titled bathrooms, a balcony and an average of four rooms.
