Two Houston area Coldwell Banker teams and one affiliated broker were recently honored for their achievements at Coldwell Banker’s annual Best of Blue awards event held on March 6.

Karen Sumner, an affiliated Realtor with the company’s Cy-Fair office in Cypress, was named No. 1 Individual with more than $27 million in closed sales in 2019. Specializing in buyer and seller services and relocations, Sumner is a previous recipient of the International Circle of Excellence Award and a three-time winner of the Top Producing Agent Award by the Houston Business Journal.

Ruchti Realty Group, an affiliated sales team with the company’s Houston Heights office, was named the No. 1 Small Team. The group – Aaron Ruchti, Amanda Ruchti (husband and wife) and Kaila Yuille – specialize in the Heights, Memorial and greater Houston communities.

The Jamie McMartin Group, an affiliated sales team with the company’s Katy office, was named No. 1 Large Team. Led by Jamie McMartin, the team had more than $94 million in closed sales in 2019.
