Houston-based custom builders Davis Group has announced the acquisition of four lots as it begins phase two of exclusive gated community Memorial Green Homes.

Simultaneously, Davis Group has begun construction on a larger, high-end spec home in phase one of the project, which is being developed by Houston firm Midway.

Centered around a central park, the three and four-story homes at the gated Memorial Green Memorial Green feature generous living and private green space, smart home technology, high-energy efficiency, extensive green space, and a lock-and-leave lifestyle.

“Memorial Green continues to fill a niche for the luxury home buyer that desires a secure ‘lock and leave,’ low-maintenance home nestled within a park-like setting,” said Midway Senior VP Brady Wilkins in a press release. “With the recent delivery of the second phase of lots in the project, Midway has added a fourth luxury custom builder, Davis Group, to broaden the available home options as the community continues to experience robust sales activity.”

The 14.35-acre mixed-use property offers an array of locally owned restaurants and shops, medical facilities, beauty services and a boutique fitness studio.
