Builders have begun presales in Kresston, Johnson Development’s master-planned community in Magnolia.
Highland Homes will offer nine floor plans on 40- and 55-foot lots. Sizes range from 1,582 to 2,472 square feet, with prices starting at $360,000.
Perry Homes, meanwhile, will offer 25 floor plans on 50- and 65-foot lots. Sizes range from 2,100 to 2,800 square feet, with prices starting at $410,000.
Additionally, Johnson Development recently added Gracepoint Homes to its builder lineup. Gracepoint will build patio homes on 25 homesites, offering five floor plans for 65-foot lots. Prices start from $700,000.
“This is a momentous occasion and one that we’ve been eagerly anticipating,” Stephen Barrera, vice president and general manager of Kresston, said in a press release. “We have a clear vision of life in Kresston that is rooted in character and integrity. With homes now on sale, that vision will become reality in no time.”
Four other builders are slated to sell in the first phase of development at Kresston, although floor plans and pricing have not yet been announced. Chesmar Homes will build within a speciality neighborhood on 28-, 35- and 50-foot homesites; David Weekley Homes will build on 50-foot lots; Westin Homes will build on 65- and 40-foot lots; and Lennar will build on 55-foot lots.
All told, Kresston’s first phase of development will include about 360 homes. Upon completion, the community will have about 3,600 homes, an on-site school and a number of amenities, including the Legends Pointe amenity complex, which is currently under construction.
