Coventry Homes expanding in Edgewater

by Kerrie Kennedy

Coventry Homes is expanding its building program in Edgewater, with plans to offer new home designs on 50-foot homesites in a recently opened section of the Webster community.

“Coventry Homes has been constructing homes in Edgewater since the beginning and we are excited to showcase our new offerings,” said Paul Blackburn, region president for McGuyer Homebuilders, Inc, parent company of Coventry Homes in a press release.  “Buyers will enjoy the same sophisticated features found in all of our homes at a price that should prove attractive to buyers looking to make the move to the Bay Area.”

Edgewater is located along NASA Road 1 not far from the NASA Parkway Bypass, a 2.7- mile connector between the road and Interstate 45. The community features a 35-acre nature preserve with boardwalks through wetlands. Children attend schools in the Clear Creek Independent School District.

Homes are expected to be priced from the $300,000s and according to Blackburn, buyers will receive a $5,000 buyer allowance with the purchase of a new home from Coventry in the 50-foot section if they register for the builder’s VIP Buyer Bonus program. Those on the VIP list will also be the first to receive information about floor plans, pricing and incentives within the community.

A model home showcasing the designs is slated to open next year.
