Inventory Intel: Coventry Homes to offer new homes at affordable prices

by Kerrie Kennedy

Coventry Homes has expanded its building program in Sienna to offer new designs at budget-friendly prices in the Missouri City community.

The homes, which will be built on 45-foot homesites, are expected to be priced from the mid $200,000s.

Coventry currently builds luxury homes on 70-foot properties priced from the $480,000s in Sienna’s Lake Estates neighborhood.

“We are excited about our new designs for Sienna,” said Paul Blackburn, region president for Coventry Homes parent company McGuyer Homebuilders, in a press release. “The elevations will be higher and eight-foot doors will now be standard so you will see more volume at the front, making for some great curb appeal. Pricing of the home designs should prove attractive to all buyers but especially first-time buyers looking to jump into home ownership.”

Interested buyers will receive a $5,000 buyer allowance with the purchase of a new home from Coventry in the 45-foot section if they register for the builder’s VIP Buyer Bonus program. VIP list members will also be the first to receive information about floor plans, pricing and incentives within the community.
