Making Moves: Bspoke Title Holdings appoints new executive leadership

Bspoke Title Holdings recently announced the addition of John Magness, Sarah Blackburn, Patricia Rissanen, Britt Naponic and Michael Neary, Jr. to its executive management team, according to a press release.

Magness, the company’s chairman, is a 30-year industry veteran who has held executive management positions at Fidelity National Financial, Stewart Title and Old Republic Title, the release said. Magness will oversee Bspoke Title’s nationwide expansion, growth and acquisition opportunities. 

Blackburn, CEO of Bspoke Title, has over 20 years of title and corporate law experience. She has led efforts to launch several Texas title agencies, including Bspoke Title. “Her experience and legal expertise enabled her to capitalize on growth opportunities and to effectively manage the corporate structure, profitability and the title and escrow operations for each agency,” according to the release. “This experience will position Bspoke Title Holdings to implement this platform under her leadership across the U.S.”

Rissanen, the company’s president, has over 20 years of real estate and title experience. She has held leadership roles for three of the top four underwriters in the U.S., the press release said. Rissanen will oversee the onboarding and management processes of the company’s current operations and future acquisitions. 

Naponic, general counsel and executive vice president, has over 16 years of experience in claims management and corporate litigation. Naponic will focus on supporting the company’s executive team and platform nationwide.

Neary, CFO/CIO and executive vice president, has over 15 years of investment and real estate development experience. As former president of Sentinel Title Company, Neary served commercial markets in Dallas and New York City. “His ability to evaluate and assess the future multi-state acquisition opportunities will guide and serve the BSpoke Title Holdings executive team,” the release said.
