Coventry Homes begins sales in Escondido master-planned community

by Lindsey Wells

Coventry Homes has launched sales of new homes in Escondido, a master-planned community northwest of Houston in Magnolia.

Residents can choose from 15 floor plans ranging from 1,739 to 3,336 square feet. The single-family homes are priced from the upper $200,000s, according to a press release.

“Escondido is a charming community where homeowners can relax and enjoy life,” said Paul Blackburn, region president for Coventry Homes. “The wide range of flexible floor plans we are offering will ensure that home buyers find a home that meets their needs and budget.”

One- and two-story home designs feature up to five bedrooms, island kitchens, two-car garages and covered patios. Some homesites include flex rooms, formal dining rooms and butler’s pantries.

Modification options are available for buyers who desire additional features, such as playrooms, Texas-sized covered patios, outdoor kitchens and media and wine rooms.

A stocked lake for fishing, shaded pavilion, park and children’s playground are some of the amenities the community offers.

Located on FM 1774, Escondido residents have easy access to Unity Park, Westwood Village and The Woodlands.

Schools in the Magnolia Independent School District include Magnolia Elementary School, Magnolia Intermediate School and Magnolia West High School.
