The Houston Association of Realtors (HAR) has announced the winners of its 11th annual Young Professionals Network (YPN) 20 Under 40 Rising Stars in Real Estate Awards.

The winners, all HAR members, were evaluated based on sales records, leadership and community service, according to a press release.

“These 20 honorees are 40-year-old and younger real estate professionals whose activities and philosophies reflect outstanding core values not only within the industry but as members and stewards of their community,” said Richard Miranda, HAR chairman, in the release. “We could not be prouder of their accomplishments and all that they represent.”
