Coventry Homes announces plans to expand into Candela

by Lindsey Wells

Coventry Homes will expand its building program to the 460-acre community of Candela, the builder announced in a press release.

Priced from the $530,000s, homes will be situated on 70-foot sites with designs ranging from 2,915 to 4,573 square feet. Floor plans have not yet been released.

“Sales have been strong in Candela,” said Paul Blackburn, region president for Coventry Homes. “We expect our designs for these larger homes will be very popular with buyers. Many of the features buyers want most will be standard, but there also will be plenty of options available to help people design a home that fits their needs.”

Coventry already builds on 40-, 50- and 60-foot home sites in the Richmond community.

The builder is currently offering potential buyers the opportunity to be among the first to receive information about sales, floor plans and incentives by registering for a VIP list on its website. Those on the list will receive a $5,000 buyer allowance with the purchase of a new Coventry home in the 70-foot section, the release said.

Planned for 1,555 homes, Candela will offer residents numerous amenities including the Axis Amenity Center, which features a pool, splash pad, multi-purpose room and fitness center.

Additional amenities include a dog park, yoga lawn, playground, pavilion and Solstice Park.
