Growing up, what did you want to be?

Growing up I wanted to be a pediatric sonographer.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed?

To relax I go to the gym, read, or watch Forensic Files.

If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why?

Michelle Obama, because representation matters. Seeing her achieve all that she’s done coming from her background continues to give me hope.

What is Houston’s best-kept secret?

Houston’s best-kept secret is Sugar Land’s shopping centers… You don’t have to go to the Galleria to get everything you desire.

What do you love most about the industry?

I love the competition. I love that if you work hard, you can see the results. It’s no scheme to it.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job?

The most difficult aspect is dealing with a lot of different personalities. But, that’s why it’s good to adapt.

What’s your best advice for generating new leads?

My best advice is “y’all about yourself” when you meet new people! They won’t know you’re a Realtor and tell their friends and family if they don’t know.

What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to?

Designated Survivor on Netflix. Love the president.

What’s your favorite meal in Houston?

My favorite meal in Houston is a loaded brisket baked potato from Stockyard BBQ on Westheimer.

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Houston?

My favorite would have to be the Bank of America Center.

What’s one thing people might be surprised to learn about you?

One thing that may surprise people is my age. No matter what I always get treated/spoken to like I don’t know, lol.

What is your favorite vacation spot and why?

Miami is my favorite. Love the atmosphere, completely opposite of Texas.

Do not compromise who you are to make a sale.

Who are your favorite people to follow on social media?

My favorite people to follow on social media are other Realtors. Nice to see everyone living their everyday lives and working in real estate.
