by Lindsey Wells

Coldwell Banker Realty in Houston recently announced its top agents for 2021.

Oksana Bogott, Lisa Gregory Real Estate Group and Ruchti Realty Group were named the No. 1 agents in the region across the individual, large team and small team categories, respectively. The rankings were based on adjusted gross commission income (AGCI), according to a press release.

Serving both local and international clients as a bilingual agent, Bogott was recognized for her “unrelenting dedication to clients and unique ability to take the stress out of buying and selling transactions,” the release noted.

In addition to her recognition as a top agent, Bogott received the International President’s Elite Award, an honor given to the top 3% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide in 2021.

The Ruchti Realty Group was also honored with the International President’s Elite Award. The team, founded in 2010 by Amanda and Aaron Ruchti, specializes in buyer and seller representation, landlord and tenant representation, investment opportunities and corporate relocation.

The team’s ranking as the top small team in 2021 highlights the “passion, experience and results they routinely bring to the table for their clients.”

Led by native Texan Lisa Gregory, the 12-person Lisa Gregory Real Estate Group has been recognized as the No. 1 large team in Houston multiple times for its dedication to meeting and exceeding client needs.

In 2021, the team received Coldwell Banker’s International Presidents Premier Award, an honor given to the top 1% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide, according to the release.

“Congratulations to Oksana, Lisa Gregory Real Estate Group and Ruchti Realty Group on their leading rankings in Houston,” said Charles El-Moussa, president of Coldwell Banker Realty in Texas. “We’re incredibly proud of their unrelenting commitment to going above and beyond for clients and all that they have achieved in 2021. They truly embody our Coldwell Banker values and set a great example for industry professionals in Houston and beyond.”
