Coventry Homes debuts new model home in Bridgeland

by Lindsey Wells

Coventry Homes recently unveiled a model home in the new Prairieland Village section of Bridgeland.

The two-story Lumberton floor plan at 10706 Monarch Butterfly Dr. features four bedrooms and 3,673 square feet of living space with a study, formal dining room and three-car garage.

“We are excited to show off our designs for Prairieland Village,” said Paul Blackburn, region president for Coventry Homes, in a press release. “Our homes fit Bridgeland’s newest village to perfection. As a bonus, our floor plans are flexible, so homebuyers will be able to add the options and upgrades that best suit their lifestyle.”

Potential buyers can view several options while touring the model, including a grand foyer with a curved staircase, a game and media room combination with a popcorn bar, Texas-sized covered patio with an outdoor kitchen and sliding glass doors from the family room to patio.

Bridgeland occupies 11,500 acres in Cypress. More than 3,000 acres are devoted to open space, parks, lakes and trails. The community also features two amenity complexes with resort-style pools, fitness centers, tennis courts, playgrounds and event lawns.

Planned amenities specific to Prairieland Village include an activity center, lakes, canoe and kayak launches, trails, birdwatching stations and a lakefront pavilion, the release noted.
