Even before becoming a Realtor, Sandy Petermann-Williams had an extensive knowledge of The Woodlands market and a strong desire to learn about the industry, so much so that her own real estate agent ended up hiring her. Over the past 17 years as a Realtor, she has consistently received awards and accolades, including her firm’s Platinum Club tier and Top 500 Agent ranking in 2022.

Working with residential buyers and sellers in The Woodlands, Magnolia, Tomball, and Conroe areas, Petermann-Williams’s clients regard her as a warm communicator and cultivator of trust, leading to numerous referrals and repeat clients. “From the start, I’ve treated clients like an extension of my own family,” she says.

Also process-driven, her organizational skills ensure that expectations are met and unexpected obstacles are smoothly managed. Last year, she achieved one her largest-volume sales months ever, but was so intensely focused on her clients that she was unaware of the milestone until her office notified her. “When you give clients the full spectrum of your abilities, they know they can rely on what you’re saying and feel confident about what the next move should be,” Petermann-Williams says.

Petermann-Williams has held a coveted Customized Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLMS) certification since 2014 and credits the designation with helping her provide valuable knowledge and support to clients. She has also earned the Texas Monthly Five-Star Real Estate Agent Award 13 years in a row.

Currently the board chair of CASA Child Advocates of Montgomery County, Petermann-Williams has served the non-profit in many capacities over the last seven years and feels strongly about its impact. “I love children, and serving CASA kids is what I feel drawn to. Knowing that I’m helping to make the organization stronger and support the advocates who go to bat for these kids is of great importance to me.”
