Coventry Homes has launched sales of homes designed for oversized 70-foot sites in the Richmond community of Candela.

This new design series boasts eight floor plans ranging from 2,915 to 4,587 square feet. According to a press release, the builder now offers more than 30 floor plans in the 460-acre master-planned community.

Priced from the $640,000s, the homes feature island kitchens, covered patios, game rooms, studies, media rooms and three-car garages.

“Many home buyers need a large home,” said Paul Blackburn, region president for Coventry Homes. “These oversized homesites will meet that need. Buyers will also get the upscale features they crave. As a bonus, there will be plenty of room in the backyard for play equipment, barbecues and even pools.”

Candela residents have access to the community’s Axis Amenity Center, which features a pool, splash pad, multi-purpose room and fitness center. Additional amenities include a dog park, yoga lawn, playground, pavilion and Solstice Park.
