Real estate agency Agentinc. has expanded into the Lone Star State, with Houston native Andrea Grimm leading the company’s new Texas office.

Agentinc. offers stock awards, ground floor shareholder opportunities, passive income streams and an industry-low $16,000 cap to help agents succeed while maintaining an optimal work/life balance, according to a press release.
