Andrea Fowler has been promoted to vice president at Trustmark, the firm she joined earlier this year as a community lending specialist.

Fowler brings with her 21 years of lending experience and is a certified applied neuroscience coach.

As a community lending specialist and now vice president, Fowler will promote and originate Trustmark’s Home Advantage Loan and other mortgage loan products in Houston and surrounding markets. She also will promote Trustmark’s free financial education resources as part of Trustmark’s ongoing commitment to improving the financial health of community members and local economies.

Fowler, a Houston native, serves on the NAACP Housing Committee and has previously worked alongside the NAACP’s Homes for Houston program and podcast development project.

She has also served as a consultant for the Houston Community Land Trust Program and co-hosted the Houston Chapter of Habitat for Humanity’s Homeownership Fair.
