Austin-based property management and development company RPM Living has acquired its 17th multifamily property in the greater Houston area.
Located in the Houston neighborhood of Montrose, the Ashton on West Dallas is a 246-unit building with one- and two-bedroom floor plans. All units feature 10-foot ceilings, stone countertops, wood floors and floor-to-ceiling windows.
“Ashton on West Dallas provides us great opportunity with the potential for outsized rental growth given the area’s limited construction pipeline and Class A absorption projected to remain strong in light of the increased cost of homeownership and Houston’s consistent population growth,” RPM Living Investments CEO Hank Farrell said in a press release.
