Texas builder Wan Bridge has announced plans for a build-to-rent community in the Atascocita master-planned development Land Tejas Balmoral. The new community, Bluewater at Balmoral, will consist of 92 units spread across sixteen buildings.

Construction is already underway at Bluewater at Balmoral, which is located on Greens Road. Units are scheduled to hit the market in fall 2023, with prices starting at $2,200 per month for three-bedroom floorplans.
