The 10 most-expensive listings in Texas

The Houston Association of REALTORS® put out a report detailing the 10 most-expensive home listings across Texas this month. At $35 million, a mansion in Austin topped the list.

The 2004 home, located at 12400 Cedar St. in the Comanche Trail Estates subdivision, spans over 15,000 square feet and was listed by Gary Dolch of Compass RE Texas LLC.

After that, the next most-expensive listings in Texas are:

  • 1469 Sunshine Lane, Southlake, $19,995,000, listed by Breah Brown and Tracy Tutor of Douglas Elliman Real Estate.
  • 3808 Potomac Ave., Highland Park, $18,995,000, listed by Jack Mclemore of Listing Results LLC.
  • 9250 Meadowbrook Drive, Dallas, $15,850,000, listed by Alex Perry of Allie Beth Allman & Associates.
  • 1001 S Highway 377, Pilot Point, $15,000,000, listed by Jeremy Lock of Keller Williams Prosper Celina.
  • 4900 Goehmann Lane, Fredericksburg, $13,900,000, listed by Bridget Ramey of Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty.
  • 4646 Cherokee Trail, Dallas, $11,999,000, sold by Lisa Besserer of Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International.
  • 1718 E Jeter Road, Bartonville, $10,000,000, sold by Jared Sparks of Newland Real Estate Inc.
