The Sunterra community in Katy, by developer Starwood Land/Land Tejas, sold 653 homes in 2022, 11th among MPCs nationwide.

Several Houston-area MPCs ranked in the national top 25 in home sales. Bridgeland in Cypress, by The Howard Hughes Corp., was 20th with 567 home sales. The Marvida community, also in Cypress and developed by Starwood Land/Land Tejas, sold 523 homes and ranked 22nd. Tavola in New Caney, by Lennar/Friendswood Development, sold 508 properties and was No. 24.
