Houston-area luxury real estate team the Garcia Real Estate Group has joined Keller Williams. The group was previously affiliated with Compass.

“As a leader in luxury real estate, the partnerships Keller Williams offers with the Wall Street Journal, Mansion Global and many others increase exposure for my clients,” group leader Haley Garcia shared in a press release. “They also provide structure and technology that other firms do not. They give us the infrastructure to grow into multiple markets.”

Garcia started her team of five agents and two staff members after selling her boutique brokerage in 2015. She joined Compass as an associate broker in spring 2019, having previously been associated with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. The Houston real estate veteran has lived in The Woodlands for 25 years and considers herself an expert on the luxury market in the neighborhood.

“Right now, we are focused on serving our clients based on their goals without fear and speaking the truth about how we navigate the shift according to their goals,” Garcia said.

In the past two years, the Garcia Real Estate Group has sold more than $205 million in volume across more than 300 units. The team ranked No. 14 on Houston Business Journal’s 2022 list of the top small teams by transactions and No. 4 by volume. They also ranked 17th in the state on the 2022 RealTrends America’s Best based on sales volume.
