Which Houston neighborhoods do Zillow users dream about most? A recent report from HouseFresh breaks down which listings rack up the most page views per day to determine where users spend the most time fantasizing about living.
When it comes to Houston neighborhoods, the “livable forest” of Kingwood gets the most page views at 12,617 per day. It’s followed by Greater Heights (10,950 views per day), Greater Uptown (10,472 views per day), Washington Avenue Coalition – Memorial Park (8,607 views per day) and Alief (7,704 views per day).
On the flip side, the Houston area with the least overall daily page views is the small Pecan Park neighborhood in southwest Houston, which is only viewed 49 times per day. It’s followed by Kashmere Gardens (59 views per day), the Clinton Park Tri-Community (102 views per day), Denver Harbor – Port Houston (194 views per day) and IAH – Airport Area (210 views per day).
Nationwide, the area with the most daily views overall is the Lone Star neighborhood of Northeast Dallas.
