Construction is underway at Jubilee, a new master-planned community from Johnson Development. Located in Hockley just south of Highway 290, Jubilee is focused on holistic wellness and community living, according to Vice President and General Manager June Tang.

Jubilee’s first phase of construction includes 491 homesites ranging in size from 40 to 60 feet. The community’s model home park will include eight different floorplans. Home sales are expected to begin in 2024.

Upon completion, Jubilee will be home to about 4,900 new households and nearly 30 acres of parks and amenity space.

“Every facet of Jubilee is being developed with purpose,” Tang said in a press release. “From the street layout and amenities to the home offerings and lifestyle programming—every aspect will be dedicated to nurturing our residents’ overall well-being. Our mission is to profoundly enhance the lives of individuals who live here.”
