Sales have begun in Stewart Heights, the latest neighborhood from the Woodforest master-planned community in Montgomery. Perry Homes and Chesmar Homes will offer home designs in the new neighborhood.

“It’s been very busy in Stewart Heights,” said Virgil Yoakum, senior vice president and general manager of Woodforest. “Perry Homes and Chesmar Homes have been part of our family of builders for a long time. We are thrilled that they are creating a range of opportunities for homebuyers in Woodforest.”

Two new model homes were opened to display new home designs from Chesmar Homes: The Bungalo and Summerhouse. Both models include the builder’s Villas Collection. These models represent two of the six floor plans Chesmar Homes will offer in Stewart Heights. Prices for these homes will start in the low $300,000s.

Perry Homes, meanwhile, is building on 40- and 50-foot lots and will offer homes priced from the $300,000s and mid-$400,000s.
