Audubon, a master-planned community in Magnolia, will soon begin construction on Creekside South. This new district in the community will include 232 homesites featuring the work of three prominent Houston-area builders: Sitterle Homes, Newmark Homes and Drees Custom Homes.
Newmark will construct approximately 97 homes on 45-foot lots, while Sitterle will construct approximately 59 homes on 60-foot lots. Sitterle will also share 44 80-foot lots with the existing Audubon builder Drees Custom Homes.
“We are very excited about what this expansion is bringing to Audubon and Montgomery County,” Audubon Magnolia Development Vice President Sam Yager III said in a press release. “Homebuyers will have a vastly larger selection in our community as well as access to two builders that are fairly new to this area.”
