Longtime Texas builder Newmark Homes is now a part of the lineup of builders constructing homes in Meridiana, a top-selling master-planned community in Iowa Colony.

Newmark Homes will build on 40-foot homesites and offer 13 floor plans ranging in size from 1,240 to 2,400 square feet. All homes will feature the builder’s energy efficiency program and smart home technologies. A model home is set to open in December to display some of Newmark’s offerings to potential buyers.

Newmark Homes joins builders David Weekley Homes, Chesmar Homes, Coventry Homes, Highland Homes, Drees Custom Homes, Perry Homes, Shea Homes and Toll Brothers in Meridiana.
