Nan and Company Properties’ Developer Services Division will handle the exclusive sales and marketing for a 28-unit condominium building in the Heights.

Construction is already underway at Bella Heights — located at 829 Yale St., the luxury development will consist of one-, two- and three-bedroom residences as well as four two-level penthouses.

“We have been working with the design team for Bella Heights to develop a superior lifestyle option for individuals seeking a condominium ownership opportunity,” Betty Harbourt, executive vice president of Nan Properties Developer Services, said in a press release.

Amenities at Bella Heights will include a fitness center, guest suite, grilling terrace and mail room with refrigeration storage for food deliveries. An on-site sales center will be unveiled early next year.
