by Emily Marek

A number of leaders and executives in Texas real estate were named to T3 Sixty’s Swanepoel Power 200, an annual ranking of the most powerful players in the residential real estate industry. Bob Hale, president and CEO of the Houston Association of REALTORS® (HAR), was the highest-ranking Texas leader on the list.

Hale, who ranked No. 29 this year, has consistently earned a spot in the top 35 since the SP 200’s inception in 2014.

Also on the list at No. 95 was former HAR Chair Mark Woodruff, who serves as managing partner for prominent Houston brokerage Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene.

Longtime HAR member Courtney Johnson Rose ranked No. 176. Johnson Rose has served on a number of HAR committees during her tenure as a real estate agent and currently serves as president of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers and CEO of George E. Johnson Properties in Houston.

Additionally, a number of current and former HAR board members were named to T3 Sixty’s 2024 Watchlist.

“We couldn’t be more proud of Bob and our four HAR members for receiving these prestigious recognitions for the incredible work they have done in their service for HAR and as ambassadors of the real estate industry as a whole,” HAR Chair Thomas Mouton shared in a press release.

Also on the list were two executives from Realtor associations: Travis Kessler, CEO of the Texas Association of REALTORS®, who ranked No. 110, and Emily Chenevert, CEO of the Austin Board of REALTORS, who ranked No. 124.

Other Texas players on the list included No. 164 Lori Arnold, owner and president of Texas-based firm Coldwell Banker Apex.
