Nan and Company’s new office in The Woodlands recently added four new agents to its team: Susan Edwards, Liz Flores, Kim Palomino and Nancy Seale.

Edwards, a Certified Relocation Specialist (CRS), Certified Multiple Offer Expert (CMOE) and certified e-PRO Realtor, is an agent with Deb Hall Homes. She brings 17 years of experience to her new brokerage, where she’ll continue to assist clients in The Woodlands, Spring, Conroe, Tomball and Magnolia.

Flores, Palomino and Seale all depart from Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene. Flores is CMOE-certified and is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). Palomino, a broker associate, first moved to The Woodlands in 1974 and has been recognized as a multi-million dollar top-producing agent. Seale, a 15-year veteran of the local real estate industry, is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and guild member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.
