Houston-based real estate and development company The Dinerstein Companies (TDC) announced a number of changes to its leadership team, including the promotion of Clay Hicks to the role of chief administrative officer.
Hicks first joined TDC in 2015 as president of apartment management. He’s also served as president of both the Texas Apartment Association and the Houston Apartment Association. In his new role, he’ll focus on performance optimization and strategic initiatives.
“Taking on the role of chief administrative officer presents an incredible opportunity to drive operational excellence and promote greater alignment across our company to fuel our growth trajectory,” Hicks said in a press release. “I am eager to work alongside our exceptional teams across the country to navigate new challenges and position ourselves to capitalize on emerging opportunities.”
Aryne Bailey and Crystal Jackson were promoted to executive vice president roles for TDC Management Company. The pair will oversee day-to-day operations for the company’s multifamily portfolio, with Bailey focusing on student housing and Jackson focusing on conventional and build-to-rent properties.
“These appointments mark an exciting chapter for TDC as we reinforce our commitment to growth and excellence,” said CEO Brian Dinerstein. “With Clay, Aryne and Crystal stepping into their new roles, their expertise will be vital as we navigate new opportunities and position ourselves for success for years to come.”
