Nan and Company Properties Christie’s International Real Estate announced a new partnership with Contempo Builder.

Nan and Company’s Builder Services division will represent Contempo Builder in sales for four of its recently completed projects: Agua, Rio, Antigua and Cay Landing. The brokerage will also handle sales for the builder’s upcoming projects, including Alicante and Piccolina.

“We are excited for the opportunity to work with Contempo to represent all of their communities around Houston,” Nancy Almodovar, president and CEO of Nan and Company Properties, said in a press release. “Being a local, family-owned business, we align with their goals, and with over 150 homes to sell, we are ready to introduce buyers to Contempo’s homes.”

Nan and Company will offer a 3% buyer agent commission for all Contempo Builder home sales.
