Grand Central Park, a master-planned community in Conroe, will host the Be Amazed Home Tour throughout the month of July, giving prospective buyers an opportunity to view model homes and the chance to win gift cards.

Eight builders will showcase model homes during the tour, including two builders with new model homes: J. Patrick Homes and Jamestown Estate Homes, which are offering homes on 70-foot lots in the community’s South Village and on 75-foot lots in the Deer Lake Estates neighborhood. Coventry Homes, Highland Homes, Perry Homes, David Weekley Homes, Drees Custom Homes and Westin Homes additionally build on a variety of lot sizes within Grand Central Park.

Homes in the community are priced from $330,000 to over $1 million.

“This is a great opportunity for people to see what’s new at Grand Central Park,” Bob Douglas, senior vice president and general manager of the community, said in a press release. “We have two new model homes we can’t wait to show off, as well as a new amenity. We think people will be amazed at the lifestyle they can enjoy when they make their home with us.”

Grand Central Park’s newest amenity, Kinetic Park, recently opened to the public. The park features volleyball and basketball courts and fitness stations.
