Model homes are open and sales are underway at The Trails, a new-home community situated along the Grand Parkway at Plum Grove Road.

Chesmar Homes, Coventry Homes, Lennar, Village Builders and Westin Homes opened a total of seven model homes in the community. The models are open daily for tours.

“The response to The Trails has been incredibly positive,” Tiffany McMillan, vice president of asset management for Castle Hill Partners, said in a press release. “Families are excited about the community’s unique combination of modern home designs, planned amenities and extensive natural spaces, all minutes from shopping, dining and employment centers.”

There are 254 homes in the first phase of construction at The Trails, all priced from the $260,000s. All told, the 600-acre community will contain approximately 2,000 homes upon full build-out.
