Builders in The Trails, a master-planned community from Castle Hill Partners, have begun construction of five new model homes located along the northeast section of the Grand Parkway on Plum Grove Road.

Chesmar Homes, Coventry Homes, Lennar, Village Builders and Westin Homes will construct model homes in The Trails, with first deliveries expected this spring.

“The start of construction of our model homes signifies the beginning of what promises to be a vibrant and dynamic community minutes from employment centers,” Tiffany McMillan, vice president at Castle Hill Partners, said in a press release.

Upon completion, The Trails will offer 2,000 homesites and an amenity village including a pool, lap pool, playgrounds, splash pad, food truck lawn and seating area for outdoor concerts.
