Vista Residential Partners broke ground on Williams Ranch Vista, a 375-unit community next to the Williams Ranch development in Fort Bend County.

The project is part of a partnership with the Rosenberg Housing Authority to meet local demand for attainable rental housing.

Offerings will include one- and two-bedroom apartments with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances and in-unit washers and dryers. On-site amenities include a pool, fitness area, clubhouse, package center and dog park.
