Maple Development Group announced a development milestone for Aldeana, a new master-planned community in Bonney, as 108 homesites were handed over to builders.
Three builders will construct homes in the community, which is located south of Houston off SH 288. Brightland Homes, DSLD Homes and Autograph Homes will offer homes on lots ranging from 4,800 to 6,250 square feet. Pricing will start in the high $200,000s, although prices and floor plans for specific builders are not yet announced.
“Aldeana demonstrates our mission to introduce innovative master-planned villages in Houston by leveraging attainably priced homes, community-centered programming and desirable amenities, all within close proximity to crucial Houston hubs and points of interest,” Itiel Kaplan, managing partner of Maple Development, said in a press release. “We are excited to see Aldeana set a new standard for modern, connected living.”
Upon completion, Aldeana will be home to 1,363 new single-family residences. Planned amenities include a pool, recreation center, community pavilion and walkable trails and parks.
