Ashton Woods will begin presales for its new Angleton master-planned community on Sept. 19, the first of its kind in the Brazoria County city.

The builder will offer eight floor plans with three to four bedrooms, two to 3.5 bathrooms and 2.5-car garages. Pricing will begin in the low $300,000s.

Planned community amenities include a pool, playground, nature trails and pocket parks.
