Closings rose 13.6% year over year in Houston during the week ended Feb. 10, according to the latest Weekly Activity Snapshot from the Houston Association of REALTORS®.

There were 1,214 home sales during the week, up from 1,069 during the same week in 2024. Pending sales, however, declined 3.4% year over year, with 2,094 listings going under contract.

Meanwhile, Realtors added 3,674 new listings to the MLS, a 26.6% annual jump.
