International real estate development firm Pennek announced it’s developing a gated community in northwest Houston’s Highland Heights neighborhood.

Homes in the community, Pennek Heights, will feature three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with an open concept living space, as well as quartz countertops, soft-close cabinets and drawers, 14-foot ceilings, private back patios, attached two-car garages and fenced-in yards.
